Returns & Exchanges

We handle every issue personally and quickly. Email seasonalvibezz94@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take care of you, usually within 1-2 business days.

Ready-made items (for example the Heated Neck & Shoulder Wrap): 30-day returns

Not for you? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email us your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.

Printed / made-to-order items

Because these are printed just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a size picked incorrectly. Need a different size? Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If any order arrives damaged, defective, with a print error, or is the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement, no return shipping required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
